Biografie"Loscil is the electronic/ambient music project of Scott Morgan, from Vancouver, BC. The name Loscil is taken the name from the "looping oscillator" function (loscil) in Csound. Scott Morgan is also the drummer for the Vancouver indie band Destroyer.
