It's Ska! It's Punk! It's Hardcore! The band that knows how to put this all together is the one and only Catch 22. Started in 1996 they finally beat Voodoo Glow Skulls and The Urge. Time has come for the real Ska freaks. After Keasey Nights and Washed up their new release 'Alone in a Crowd' is one of the best I've ever heard. This formation of seven let you dance, pogo, mosh, whatever you want. Man!!, these guys are full with energy, again! Powered by sax, trombone and trumpet everything is part of this game. But don't forget to mention vocalist Jeff Davidson. He goes far beyond speed limit with his non-stop lyrics. It's unbelievable they can keep it up during 14 tracks recorded on this album. Catch 22 also prove that covers are still appreciated. And they did it with Beach Boys's 'Sloop John B'. Surf the Airial!!! To quote the words Gunther said "We were worried that people wouldn't like us as much with the new line-up..." I just would like to say, "There is no use for being alone in a crowd".
